Hello members,

At our last meeting, held in November 2022 we organized the by-laws of
the society to allow for Zoom meetings as a valid attendance mode.
In the intervening time since that date not much has changed.
There are some overlapping efforts by the tech director and
myself...well he's been doing the hardest work and I've been tagged to
go along. He'll be telling us about what he has been upto for the
society's overall and specific needs as pertinent to software and
hardware.
We did meet with the vendor (SolutionInc) to discuss partnership
opportunities and further collaboration and based on that meeting were
offered the services of the company's graphic design artist to
expedite a pamphlet development and design gratis. We have that with
us this evening.
There's also a presentation that Chris Maxwell will tell you about
during his presentation.
There's no annual financial report ready as the accountant was not
happy with the reconciliation of a few items totaling about less than
a $1000.
We have had two more departures from inside of our community: Tony
Cianfaglione (who worked at our help desk) and Reginald Hody who did a
stint in the office and was essential to the society's office
operations before he stopped for health reasons. May they walk the sky
roads.
